16″ storage cube
A 16-inch open cube from ¾″ plywood with a ¼″ back. Fits large storage baskets.

How to build it
- Cut two sides at 16″ × 16″, a top and bottom at 16″ × 14½″, and a back at 16″ square.
- Iron edge banding onto the front edges.
- Screw the top and bottom between the sides, flush at front and back.
- Nail the back on, squaring the cube as you go.
- Fill, sand and paint. Stack several for a cube wall.
